Play normal UNO, with these additions:

• Draw 2 or draw 4: you drink as many sips as the cards you draw.
• Skip: the skipped player drinks one.
• Reverse: whoever played it hands out two sips.
• Forget to say UNO: drink three.

The round winner makes a new rule for the next.
