Deal four cards to each player. Lay the rest face down in a pyramid: five at the bottom, then four, three, two and one on top.
Flip the cards one by one from the bottom up. If you hold the same value, you hand out sips: one for the bottom row, two for the next, and so on up to five at the top.
You can bluff that you have the card. If challenged and you can't show it, you drink double. If you can, the challenger drinks double.
The game ends when the top card is turned.
